Impact
The positive impact on target group attitudes are:
- Knowledge change - Participants from enterprises will become more common reasonable as a result of the "Integration Program for School Dropouts" mentoring activities. They will understand responsibilities for youth workers. They will emphasize sensory awareness.
- Behavior change - "Integration Program for School Dropouts" project will be created an high level sensitivity toward the understanding of disadvantaged youth, the first and essential step on the path toward increased understanding of their participation to production processes. Project will be directed more attention to mentoring and training activities. It will be gained behavior and knowledge of possible solutions to disabled people problems to be part of social and vocational life.
- Inclusiveness - Opportunities and limitations of retraining young workers as close as possible to the mainstream (including assistance for gaining the necessaries of life).
Objectives
Main aims of the project are design and develop training contents and methodologies for young workers on social and communication skills that include:
- Oral and written communications (Presentation, body language, audience awareness, feedback, meetings, negotiation)
- Information on ICT technology (Searching in internet, public and private services, e-mail, social networks, free time actions)
- Cultural education
- Labor market inclusion (Understanding power, effective work relationship, career stages, finance, time management)
